A corrosion-resistant polypropylene honeycomb air filter media for installations where rust, rot or chemical attack would end the service life of conventional screens. It is washed rather than replaced, which removes most of the failure modes that shorten filter life.
Long service life here comes from material choice rather than a warranty claim: polypropylene ignores moisture, grease, acids and alkalis. Tell us what your air stream contains and we will confirm suitability before you specify.
Most filters fail for the same reason: the environment attacks the media. Metal rusts, paper swells, adhesives break down. Polypropylene sidesteps those mechanisms entirely, which is why panels keep performing long after alternatives have been replaced.
You will find suppliers claiming a specific service life in years. We will not, because real longevity depends on dust loading, temperature, cleaning regime and chemical exposure — none of which a spec sheet knows. Describe your conditions and we will give you a defensible expectation.
The honest way to evaluate longevity is to put a panel in your own air stream for a few weeks. Samples are available for exactly that, and the result tells you far more than any published figure.
