A reusable polypropylene honeycomb pre-filter panel for industrial dust collectors, taking coarse particulate ahead of cartridge or bag media. It protects the expensive stage and is rinsed rather than replaced.
In dust collection the pre-filter stage determines how often downstream media has to be changed. A washable panel absorbs the bulk of the coarse loading, which is the cheapest way to extend filter life and cut change-out downtime.
Cartridges and filter bags carry the cost in a dust collector. If they are doing coarse work that a cheaper stage could absorb, you are paying premium prices for premature replacement. A pre-filter panel corrects that.
Change-outs stop production. Extending downstream intervals is therefore worth more than the media saving itself, because it converts unplanned stoppages into routine maintenance windows.
Not all dust is the same. Some is abrasive, some is sticky, and some carries static or combustibility requirements. Describe what you are collecting and we will recommend accordingly rather than selling you a generic panel.
