A washable polypropylene honeycomb pre-filter panel for air conditioners, cut to replace disposable filter media in your existing return air grille or filter slot. It catches lint and coarse dust before they reach the coil, then rinses clean and goes back in.
Keeping the coil clean is what holds efficiency — a loaded coil makes the unit work harder for the same cooling. Because this panel is washed rather than replaced, there is no consumable to reorder and no film of dust building up on the heat exchanger.
Air conditioning performance drops when the evaporator coil loads up with dust. Airflow falls, the compressor runs longer and energy consumption climbs. A pre-filter panel is the cheapest way to stop that happening, because it takes the loading before it reaches the coil.
Disposable AC filters get thrown away on a schedule that rarely matches actual loading — usually too early, sometimes far too late. A washable panel gets rinsed when it visibly needs it, which keeps airflow consistent without a standing consumable order.
Give us the filter slot dimensions and the thickness you currently use, plus the unit type. We cut to those measurements so the panel sits correctly in the slot with no bypass gap, and we will supply samples so you can confirm before ordering in quantity.

The honeycomb has a high open area and low pressure drop. Tell us the unit's airflow and we will specify a thickness that protects the coil without restricting performance.
Rinse when you can see loading on the cell walls or notice reduced airflow. In dusty periods that may be monthly; in clean environments far less often.
This is a pre-filter for coarse dust and lint. Fine particulate and allergens need the unit's secondary filtration, which this panel protects.
