What Is a Pallet Sleeve Box?

The system has three parts: a PP pallet base, a foldable corrugated or honeycomb sleeve wall, and a matching lid. When full, it is a rigid, squared container. When empty, the sleeve folds flat to a fraction of its height, so many collapsed boxes ride back on one pallet. Where They Pay Back Fastest

Sleeve boxes shine wherever the same container circulates repeatedly between fixed nodes: automotive inbound, inter-plant component loops, retail replenishment, and bulk handling of molded or packaged goods. Payback is typically measured in months once trip frequency is high enough.
