How Reusable Packaging Reduces Warehouse Dock Congestion

The Cardboard Bottleneck at the Dock

Single-use packaging arrives, gets emptied, and piles up at the dock waiting for baling that competes with unloading for the same labor and floor space. That clutter blocks door lanes and forces trailers to queue in the yard while a spot clears, which is where detention fees and missed delivery windows start to accumulate for the site.
