Client: LogiPack Central Europe | Industry: Warehouse Logistics | Region: Europe
The Story
LogiPack operated a multi-client warehouse network using wooden crates and single-use bulk containers for inbound and outbound logistics. Return shipping was expensive because empty containers could not be collapsed, and EPR compliance reporting was becoming complex.
Rulowin deployed 5,000 modular PP pallet sleeve boxes with HDPE pallets, collapsible sleeves, and stacking lids. The system collapsed to a 1:4 ratio when empty and was standardized across LogiPack key clients.
LogiPack reduced return shipping volume by 60%, simplified EPR reporting, and replaced wooden crates across the pilot network within 18 months.

The collapsible sleeve boxes changed how we think about return logistics. We move the same volume with far fewer trucks, and our clients love the sustainability story.
