Client: ElectroParts Distribution | Industry: Electronics | Region: Asia-Pacific
The Story
ElectroParts was shipping semiconductors and PCB assemblies in single-use anti-static bags inside cardboard boxes. The bags tore, the boxes crushed under stacking, and static damage claims occurred at a steady rate. ESG reporting also flagged the single-use waste stream.
Rulowin supplied conductive PP corrugated boxes with 10³-10⁶ Ω surface resistance, custom ESD dividers, and stackable lids. The boxes are washable, reusable, and compliant with ANSI/ESD S541.
ElectroParts eliminated anti-static bags from the target product lines, reduced packaging waste, and recorded zero static damage claims after the first full quarter of deployment.
