Custom size honeycomb filter panels cut to the dimensions of your air conditioner, evaporative cooler or duct opening. Instead of adapting your housing around a standard size, the panel is produced to fit the opening you already have.
Send us the dimensions and we will cut length, width and thickness to match, including cut-outs and fixing holes. Samples are produced first so you can confirm the fit before ordering volume.
Standard filter sizes assume your housing was built around them. When it was not, the usual workaround is trimming on site or padding the gap, and both leave an edge for air to bypass. A made-to-measure panel removes the problem at source.
The clear opening dimensions, the thickness you have room for, and any cut-outs or fixing holes. That is usually enough for a quote. If you have a drawing of the existing panel, send it; if not, the physical panel itself does the job.
We will produce a sample panel against your dimensions so you can confirm the fit on the actual equipment. Once approved, the same specification is repeatable — useful for servicing multiple units or building a spares programme.
