A reusable dust filter screen for HVAC duty, combining a washable polypropylene honeycomb panel with the dimensional stability to sit correctly in standard frames. It handles coarse dust loading without becoming a consumable line item.
Dust-loaded environments punish disposable media. This screen is rinsed and returned to service, holds its shape through repeated handling, and is supplied cut to your frame dimensions so there is no bypass around the edges.
In any dusty environment the filter is not a component, it is a subscription. Disposable media in high-loading positions means continuous purchasing, storage and change-out labour, and all of it scales with how dusty the site actually is.
This screen removes the subscription. Coarse loading is captured on the honeycomb cell walls, then released with a water rinse; the panel dries and goes back into the same frame. There is no consumable inventory to manage.
A poorly seated filter is effectively no filter — air takes the path of least resistance around the edge. Panels are cut to your frame dimensions so they seat correctly, which matters more than most specifications capture.

It takes the coarse fraction and is then rinsed rather than discarded. In heavily loaded environments the rinse simply becomes part of routine maintenance.

For coarse dust, yes. Fine filtration downstream still needs its own stage — this panel protects it.
