A reusable polypropylene honeycomb pre-filter media for air purifiers, taking dust, hair and coarse particles before they reach HEPA or carbon stages. It washes clean, which keeps the primary filter doing fine work instead of choking on lint.
In purifier duty the pre-filter stage decides how long the expensive filter lasts. This panel is washable rather than consumable, so the first stage costs nothing to maintain beyond a rinse, and it is cut to the dimensions of your housing.
HEPA and activated carbon filters cost real money and they load from the outside in. Hair, lint and coarse dust block the surface long before the fine media is genuinely used up. A washable pre-filter ahead of them removes that failure mode entirely.
Most purifiers ask you to buy a replacement pre-filter on a schedule regardless of condition. This panel is rinsed when it needs it and reinstalled, so there is no standing order and no guesswork about whether it is due.
Send the internal dimensions of the pre-filter cavity, or the existing panel, and we will cut to match. We support OEM supply for purifier manufacturers as well as one-off replacement panels for end users maintaining existing equipment.
