A durable, reusable plastic honeycomb filter screen for applications where paper media fails and metal mesh corrodes. The polypropylene construction is unaffected by moisture, grease, acids and alkalis, so the panel keeps working in conditions that destroy cheaper alternatives.
Replacing disposable media with a washable PP panel cuts the recurring purchase and the labour that goes with change-outs. Panels are cut to size and thickness to your specification and supplied factory-direct with sample support.
The most expensive filter is the one you replace twice a season because it failed in service. Paper swells and tears when it gets wet; metal mesh rusts when it meets grease, salt or cleaning chemicals. Polypropylene is indifferent to all of them, so the panel that goes in keeps working rather than becoming a maintenance item.
