Supplied as cut-to-size filter board, this polypropylene honeycomb media is produced to the dimensions of your opening rather than sold as a fixed panel. It washes clean, dries and goes back in, which turns filtration from a consumable purchase into a one-time specification.
Length, width, thickness and colour are all set to your requirement, and the board can be drilled or welded to suit the mounting. Samples are available so you can check fit and airflow on your own equipment before placing a volume order.
Most filter purchases start with a compromise: buy a standard panel, then pad it, trim it or adapt the frame around it. This media is cut to your opening instead, so installation is a drop-in and there is no gap at the edge letting unfiltered air bypass the panel.
We supply one-off samples so you can validate fit and airflow on your own equipment before committing. Once it is approved, the same specification can be repeated for spare parts programmes or production volumes without re-engineering.
Send the opening dimensions, the thickness you want, the colour, the airflow and what you are trying to capture. If you are unsure about thickness we will recommend one — that judgement is a balance between rigidity and open area, and we make it from your operating conditions rather than a default.

Panels are cut to specification for a direct fit. If your tolerance is tight, tell us and we will confirm what we can hold before production.
Minimum quantities are flexible and negotiable for factory-direct orders. Samples can be produced ahead of a bulk run.
