This reusable honeycomb filter panel uses a high open area polypropylene grid to move a large volume of air for very little pressure drop. The geometry is what does the work: open cells for flow, cell walls for capture and rigidity.
Because open area and stiffness are decoupled in a honeycomb, you do not have to sacrifice strength to get airflow. The panel holds its shape in the frame, rinses clean and returns to service, and is cut to the size your installation needs.
Every restriction in an air path has a running cost. A dense pre-filter forces the fan to work harder for the same delivered volume, and that cost is paid continuously rather than once. This honeycomb panel is built around a high open area grid so air moves through it with minimal resistance while still intercepting the coarse fraction.
With flat perforated sheet, more holes means a floppier panel. The honeycomb decouples those two properties: the cell walls form a continuous load path down the length of the panel, so stiffness comes from geometry rather than from blocking off the surface. The result is a panel that spans a large opening without support and stays flat in service.
This is pre-filtration. Put it ahead of bag filters, cartridges or coils and it takes the coarse loading so the downstream media lasts longer. Tell us your opening size, airflow and target contaminant and we will specify thickness and cell geometry accordingly.

It changes what stage it belongs in. This is a pre-filter media for coarse dust, lint and debris; fine particulate should be handled by the downstream filter it protects.
