Pallet sleeve boxes transform a standard pallet into a high-volume returnable container. The four sleeves create rigid sidewalls, while the top cap and pallet base complete the unit load. When empty, the sleeves collapse flat for the return trip.
How the Loop Works
Loaded sleeve boxes move from supplier to assembly plant. At destination, parts are removed and the sleeves are folded flat. Return trucks carry up to five times more empty packaging by volume than rigid alternatives.
Design Flexibility
Sleeves can be cut with access doors, label windows and hand holes. Different heights can be matched to part volume without changing the pallet footprint. Rulowin produces sleeves in honeycomb or corrugated PP depending on load.
Total Cost Picture
Sleeve systems reduce per-trip packaging cost after roughly 15 to 25 uses. Asset tracking, scheduled inspections and minor repair programs extend useful life well beyond that.
For closed-loop automotive and electronics supply chains, pallet sleeve boxes are a proven returnable platform.
